Monique is passionate about helping people to balance their life through fitness and nutrition. She is a certified personal trainer, holistic health & nutrition coach, as well as a Yoga & Pilates instructor. She is committed to expanding her knowledge and experience through continuing education classes & workshops and most recently received her health coach/wellness certification through Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. Monique has enjoyed working with hundreds people of all ability levels & body types and can create a well-rounded program tailored to your needs, with her fun, energetic style.
For the past 20 years Monique has worked at Stanford University and in private Fitness Clubs, homes, and community centers in Redwood City, San Carlos, Menlo Park, Atherton, and Woodside, California.
Graduated Cum laude/Business/ Bachelor of Science degree from Long Island University and Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Fitness certifications: ACE, SCW, AFAA, & Yoga Fit.
