I take a cautious yet effective approach in regards to fitness. With the combination of strength training, cardio, stretching, Pilates, and Yoga, we’ll work to tighten & tone, gain muscle mass, increase bone density, create long lean muscles, and gain energy. This combination is a great total body workout that improves posture, increases strength (including back and abdominals) and enhances flexibility as well as balance. We will discover ways to move your body that is pleasurable to make you feel good & energized while having fun at the same time.
